For example, there&#8217;s the <a title=\"Wanderlust Festival\" href=\"http:\/\/www.wanderlustfestival.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Wanderlust Festival<\/a>, coming up in July, which combines Rock &#8216;n&#8217; Roll and yoga. This past weekend was the <a title=\"Rock 'n' Roll Marathon\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rnrmarathon.com\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\">Rock &#8216;n&#8217; Roll Marathon<\/a>. Somehow, fitness and music just go hand in hand. They both promote well-being and community. They bring us together to celebrate the human condition.<\/p>\n<p>Today, thanks to lots of Twitter buzz, you may have noticed that it&#8217;s <a class=\"xLink\" title=\"National Running Day\" href=\"http:\/\/www.runningday.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">National Running Day<\/a>&#8230; And, incidentally, <a class=\"xLink\" title=\"National Fist Bump Day\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nationalfistbumpday.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">National Fist Bump Day<\/a>, which is all about &#8220;knockin&#8217; knuckles for knchange.&#8221; It might just be the next <a class=\"xLink\" title=\"great American holiday\" href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2009\/05\/27\/national-fist-bump-day-th_n_208285.html\" target=\"_blank\">great American holiday<\/a>.
