After weeks of careful deliberation, dredg<\/a> has selected the winners of the remix contest<\/a> they ran with MixMatchMusic<\/a>.\u00a0Back in February, dredg\u00a0asked fans to remix “Gathering Pebbles” and gave them two months to get busy. Out of 39 amazing submissions, dredg has picked Albino\u00a09<\/a> as\u00a0the Grand Prize winner! The remix featured a masterful layering of big beat drums cut up and mixed with synths to give the song a great industrial electronic edge. \u00a0In addition to getting a bunch of cool dredg schwag, Albino 9’s remix will be officially released by dredg on iTunes and Albino 9 \u00a0will be granted a royalty percentage.<\/p>\n

Dredg also selected two runner up winners — Al the Pal<\/a>, for his “SlowMo” remix,\u00a0and Syte<\/a> for his drum and bass rework of the song.\u00a0They will both receive a bundle package that includes a signed The Pariah, The Parrot, The Delusion<\/em> CD, a t-shirt and a pair of tickets to a dredg show of their choice.
